OVERVIEW

Nature created male and female characteristics in all living things.  In the human being, sex is a superlative aspect of life.  Everybody is capable of sexual relationships. People are very fond of the pleasures of love.  Good sexual health assures a delightful life, because sexual energy is the fountainhead of all physical and spiritual powers.  The successes of life are enhanced by a pleasant sexual life.  A heartwarming marital life brightens the other aspects of our lives.

Although the modern world has the most advanced societies and technology, most of the people still have a lack of understanding on the subject of sexual relationships. If someone has a sexual problem or is deprived of sexual expression, he/she might a lack of self-confidence in everyday life.   This might lead to the person being unsuccessful in his/her family, society and profession.   His/her spouse may be attracted to someone else.  A long period of sexual inactivity will interrupt their relationship and domestic quarrels could take place recurrently.  Often, the couple will separate or divorce.  Consequently, the family is split apart and their children may suffer from psychological problems.

Suicide is a common problem in all societies.  Some recent research suggests that a high proportion of suicides have an unsatisfactory sexual life.   To live a satisfactory and zestful life, it is mandatory for someone to maintain a healthy and strong sexuality.  For that purpose, special guidance and treatments can be provided.

To pursue the above objectives, the South Asia Centre for Human Sexuality (SACHS) was founded in the sub-continent of Asia. SACHS is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-political organization.

There are two major objectives of the South Asia Centre for Human Sexuality:

Male Sexual PROBLEMS

The following are major male sexual disorders:

Female Sexual PROBLEMS

Common female sexual problems are listed below:

Sexually Transmitted Diseases

The following sexually transmitted diseases can affect males and females:

Infertility

A couple unable to conceive pregnancy for one year after marriage is called an infertile couple, and the state of non-conception of pregnancy is called infertility.
Pregnancy is normally a matter of chance. Although the egg and sperm are produced at the right place and the right time, there is no guarantee that pregnancy will occur. Some couples conceive immediately and some take many months.

In the world, approximately one in ten couples are facing infertility problems; usually 40-50% in the female, 30-40% in the male and remaining 10-30% in both partners.  However, the high fertility of one partner can sometimes compensate for the low fertility of the other.

If any couple has been trying for a baby without success for a period of one year, they should consult their doctor.

Risk Factors of Male Infertility

In the male, low sperm level, impotency, smoking, drugs and alcohol consumption, sour foodstuffs and many diseases can cause infertility.

Risk Factors of Female Infertility

Age is a very important factor that affects female fertility.  Fertility after age 25 gradually decreases and after 35 begins to decrease more quickly until menopause. The other causes of female infertility include problems with ovulation, damaged fallopian tubes, mucus disorder, endometriosis and the use of various medicines.

If any woman who is six months over 35 appears to be infertile, she and her spouse should consult their doctor immediately.

NOTE: Male & female fertility can be enhanced with proper treatment.

Therapeutics

American sexological medicines, holistic medicines, therapeutic exercises and psychosexual therapy are used to treat the male and female sexual dysfunction and psychosexual disorders.

Daily Dietary Plan

If someone is under any medical treatment, it is important to consult the doctor before implementation of the dietary plan.  However, a brief schedule is being given for convenience. <

Early Morning: 1.5 Liters Water.
Breakfast: Bread, honey, egg, almonds and skimmed milk.
